Thanks, Colleen! I’m glad it’s still good enough to warrant precious wall-space. The photo’s okay – I was able to fix it up a bit. The problem is that if I boost up the levels much more then most of the contrast gets lost. If I increase the contrast, the colours become far too vivid and all the subtlety is lost. It’s alright – it gets the point across. An image of a painting is never as good as when the real thing is right in front of you.
