A still from my grad film, SUPERSATURATED. The characters were cleaned up with coloured ink, so that part is actually pre-Photoshop. It was a lot more work than it had to be, I suspect, but I was being a purist.

Socialist Feminist Cyborg Goth

Ink on Paper, colour in Photoshop
This was done for a “weekly sketch” thing on a forum a couple years back. I guess the topic was made up by people who were tired of cultural theory terminology. It was a fun drawing to make, but looking back, I’m realizing that I am basically a socialist feminist cyborg. Maybe not a goth, though. And maybe I’m a bit more of an anarchist than a socialist. I’m probably neither.
One thing I got right though: the bitterness.
Deer Skull

Pencil on Paper
Actually, I don’t know if this is a deer skull or not. I think we all agreed that it was probably a deer skull, though (it was in a class, not just on the side of the road). One thing is for sure: it was not the Montauk Monster.
